Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Service

The verification reports prepared by Medence Legal represent the professional legal opinion of qualified property lawyers based on the documents and records available at the time of verification. These reports are informational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute a guarantee of title, a warranty of ownership, or a legal certification of any kind.

Medence Legal is an independent service provider. We are not a law firm, and our engagement with you does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Medence Legal as a company. The lawyers engaged by us to prepare your report maintain their own professional obligations under applicable Bar Council rules.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are as displayed on the website at the time of your request. Fees are payable as communicated by our team upon confirmation of your verification request. We reserve the right to revise our pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new requests placed after the revision.

Fees paid are non-refundable once the verification process has commenced, except in cases where Medence Legal is unable to complete the service due to reasons within our control.

5. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver verification reports within 48 to 72 hours of receiving all required documents and information. For complex properties, older titles, or properties in states with manual land records, delivery may take up to 5 to 7 working days. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Medence Legal shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including government office closures, inaccessible records, or incomplete information from the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Medence Legal Solutions Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written consent.

The verification report prepared for you is for your personal use in connection with the specific property transaction for which it was commissioned. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used for any other purpose without our written permission.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the specific verification report in question.
